I founded Bradley Performance in 2021, starting as a performance car dealership in Worcestershire and transitioning into a dynamic motorsport team driven by my lifelong passion for racing. My interest in cars and motorsport began at the age of five, racing a dirt buggy in my family’s garden. That early thrill ignited a desire to pursue racing professionally. After school, I joined In2Racing, where I worked in logistics, client management, and driver coaching. In 2020, I made my debut in the Porsche Club GB Championship, where I finished 2nd overall. Building on that momentum, I competed in the Porsche Sprint Challenge, securing 3rd place in 2021 and 2nd in 2022. In 2023, I was proud to win the British GT Championship GT4 Silver title, where I achieved the distinction of being the fastest GT4 driver overall. Currently, I am racing in the GT World Challenge Europe Championship, piloting a GT3 Aston Martin Vantage.

Marketing
Nikita, sister of Charles, started her career in PR and events at Superdry, where she acquired skills in marketing, logistics, and social media. Seeking new challenges, she joined Charles at Bradley Performance in 2022. Today, Nikita oversees social media, aftersales, and marketing for the company.

Founder & Director
Charles’ journey into motorsport began at 18 when Nick Dudfield, former owner of In2Racing, offered him a role. He progressed from the workshop to logistics, client management, and driver coaching. Nick then gave Charles a chance to drive a Porsche Boxster Race Car and the opportunity to compete which is where Charles’ motorsport career took off. After Nick's departure, Charles founded Bradley Performance whilst continuing his racing career and winning the British GT4 Silver Champion title in 2023.
Sean
Workshop Manager
Sean is a dedicated member of the Bradley Performance team, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. Having joined Bradley Performance two years ago, Sean's journey in the automotive industry began with Land Rover Production. However, driven by his passion for cars and motorsport, Sean ventured into the property sector before realising his true calling lay in automotive pursuits.
